Terrible service. They lost my rental application after submitting it on the 9th May which had a read receipt on the email application showing 8 people in their office had read it. Was later advised, after multiple calls that their systems were shut down for multiple days and they all had been locked out. Had to resubmit my application. Given multiple excuses that their staff were in "training"; when wanting to confirm the progress of my application. Waited and waited. Then comes the 23 May and I receive an email to say they were "processing my application" and within 5 minutes of that email a further email saying my application was "unsuccessful". They never processed my application and I would never recommend them to landlords thinking of them to manage their property. I finally asked for feedback and had no reply. The Principal of this real estate agency should be ashamed and embarrassed by the level of service being provided to customers. Stay clear away from them. I have given up trying.
